Em época de vindimas, a Hit the Trails presta a sua homenagem fazendo as actividades deste fim-de-semana em rotas associadas à produção de vinho.
Nesta vamos conhecer a zona onde é produzido um dos vinhos mais peculiares de Portugal: o vinho de Colares.
Vamos começar junto à Adega Cooperativa de Colares seguindo em direcção às Azenhas do Mar e ao regresso iremos cruzar-nos com uma igreja de formato circular.
Vem conhecer um pouco acerca deste vinho e também sobre esta região.
